Southwest Airlines Encounters Traveling T-Rex

When Burbank (BUR) Customer Service Agent Glo Jones reassured a young Customer that his traveling T-Rex would be in the best of hands with our Ramp Agents she had no idea what sort of adventure that dinosaur was about to embark on! Southwest Airlines Ramp Agents Ramon Salas and Bryant Cisneros took it upon themselves to give the traveling T-Rex a VIP experience on the Ramp in Burbank before being carefully loaded on the plane to continue its journey to San Jose, Calif. (SJC). There, Ramp Agents Franz Joseph Bonifacio, Aminiasi Volau and Ramp Supervisor Keldrick Randolph gave our traveling T-Rex friend a special welcome.
