Southwest Surprises Customers Onboard “Trolls Band Together” Aircraft with Film-Themed Trivia and Giveaways

Southwest Airlines surprised Customers on a New York City-bound flight by giving away Fandango movie codes to see DreamWorks Animation's "Trolls Band Together," the new chapter in the blockbuster musical franchise!

The more than 140 Customers on Flight #663 bound from Dallas (Love Field) to New York (LaGuardia) received a digital Fandango code to use towards purchasing a ticket to the film. Southwest also hosted inflight trivia where travelers could win Trolls-themed merchandise, including backpacks, beanies, mini character figures, and more.

The surprise giveaway was a part of Southwest and DreamWorks' partnership announced in October ahead of the release of "Trolls Band Together." Southwest Customers and Trolls fans can also experience the airline's Trolls-themed plane, in service now through January 31, 2024, and watch previous chapters of the blockbuster musical franchise, "Trolls" and "Trolls World Tour," as well as an exclusive Southwest and "Trolls Band Together" partnership video onboard all Southwest flights via the Inflight Entertainment Portal.
