Triple Crown One

Triple Crown One was introduced on June 9, 1997. It was dedicated to the company's Employees for achieving the carrier's fifth Triple Crown. For the fifth year, the DOT listed Southwest Airlines as having the best ontime performance, best baggage handling, and fewest Customer complaints of all major airlines.
